Under Section 498A

1. An INNOCENT Child is Arrested almost every DAY

2. An INNOCENT Elderly is Arrested every 2.4 HOURS

3. An INNOCENT Woman is Arrested every 23 MINUTES

4. An INNOCENT Person is Arrested every 5 MINUTES

The Judiciary is being overwhelmed by False 498A cases. Due to the load of false 498A cases on Judiciary, it takes almost 8 years for an INNOCENT to get justice.
