India has long prided itself on its culture and heritage. Strong Marriages and
Familial ties have been the defining characteristic of our nation.
Unfortunately, in a blind dash for mindless westernization, we are ourselves
losing the values that make our nation and cultural heritage unique.
The onslaught of the western civilization and certain vested interests have
begun the process of destruction of Indian Families.
Vested interests are relentlessly pursuing heavily gender biased laws, while
completely disregarding the principles of natural and social justice.
Gender Biased Laws like the anti-dowry law and the Domestic Violence Act have
become legal weapons for the destruction of families and Family Values.
Thousands of innocent men, women and children suffer disastrous
consequences due to the misuse of these laws. Thousands of families are being
ruined - emotionally, financially and socially. Many of them decide to end their
lives rather than face this harassment.
The misuse of these laws has been extensively covered and exposed in the
Media. Mr. Rajat Sharma of India TV exposed a racket wherein a false medical
certificate to falsely implicate the husband in a Domestic Violence of Dowry Case
can be obtained for Rs. 10,000 and a certificate to falsely implicate a colleague in
a Sexual Harassment case can be obtained for Rs. 5,000. Various segments of this program and several others are available here.
The number of false cases have reached alarming proportions. False cases are
filed even against people who can barely walk. Kindly look in the Research
section of our website which lists horrifying stories of destruction of innocent
families. Also, please look in the Statistics Section to see how rampant the
misuse of law has become.
We urge to you to take appropriate measures to prevent the persecution of
innocents and the disintegration of Indian Families.
